I hold Investment Advisor registrations Series 7 and 66 (63/65), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) credential, as well as a General Lines Life & Health license.

The CPFA® credential was developed by some of the nation's leading advisors and retirement plan experts; and it demonstrates advisors' knowledge, expertise and commitment to working with retirement plans. Plan advisors who earn their CPFA® demonstrate the expertise required to act as a plan fiduciary or help plan fiduciaries manage their roles and responsibilities.

My career as a financial advisor began in 2007, working in the corporate environment for thirteen years. Recently in mid-2020, I made the move to serve clients as an independent financial adviser and have built my practice known as Bluestone Financial. Operating as a fiduciary, I believe in managing an ethical practice with integrity and treating clients fairly. I am dedicated to helping clients develop financial and investment strategies that align with their needs, goals, and objectives.

My practice's focus is investment management, including retirement planning, retirement income strategies, financial planning, and life insurance.

I am married to Adriana, and we have four children, Alejandro, Sebastian, Jacob, and Mariana. We are truly fortunate that they are great kids and outstanding students.

I was born, raised, and live in Brownsville, Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley and most of my friends and colleagues call me Reggie. I attended and graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Notre Dame. For over ten years, I worked in the accounting software industry as a consultant traveling extensively throughout the country.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, music, and sports.
